Weekly Mind Sweep

Chickbook Creative / Weekly Mind Sweep

  1. Contemplation - Valuable - Be worth a lot of money, or be worth a lot.

  2. Citation of the week - “You can’t hire someone to practice for you” H. Jackson Brown Jr. Pssst. You have to do the work.

  3. Conversation Consideration - Don’t be viral, be valuable. Boom.

  4. Check Your Reality - Accountability provides clarity. You need someone that is not part of the problem.

Now, let’s sweep the brain…

Valuable:

  1. adjective; worth a great deal of money.

  2. noun: a thing that is of great worth

You can choose definition #1 or definition #2.

Be worth a lot of money, or be worth a lot.

What does being valuable mean to you?

2. Citation.

You can’t hire someone to practice for you.

The more time you spend avoiding doing the work, the less time you have that you could have been practicing.

Building new habits requires YOU to do the work.

What have you been avoiding?

3. Conversation Consideration.

Don’t be viral, be valuable.

Encourage, Inspire and Empower others.Influence grows when value grows.

Earn confidence and trust of others.

Live by values that uphold moral principles.

Have integrity - in your business and your life.

Do the right thing at all times and circumstances (even when it’s not convenient.)

Admit when you are wrong.

No means no.

Yes means yes.

4. Check your reality.

Do you want to keep telling your story as a victim?

Or, are you ready to acknowledge that making yourself the main character in your story isn’t natural to our brains and that you could use support?

Consider that someone that is not part of the problem could guide you towards achieving your goal.

Having support can guide you to take responsibility for what isn’t getting done. You belong here. I truly can help.
