Whether brick-and-mortar or online entrepreneur, this service is for you if you have a good thing going for you in your business but you’re caught up in the daily operations and want to step into being a CEO. You’re ready to scale, and I can help in a three-month or six-month 1:1 container tailored to your individual needs and goals.

1:1 Accountability Coaching
Staring down a myriad of ideas, goals, and to-do’s? I provide you with the path forward through clear guidance and accountability on which steps to take, when. I help you map out crucial organization and systems, such as HR and hiring, and developing SOP’s in your business as you grow. We work together on an ongoing basis as you find your way back to calm.
