Knowing what to do, isn't the same as doing it.

There are a million methods that you can use to make the changes you want. Google how to change, and you could fall down a deep, dark, hyper-focus of information.

Your brain will not respond to every method. Therefore, it's sometimes necessary to combine a few ideas from one framework with a few from another to make it work for you.

What is the standard format for something to happen at all?

  • The awareness of what you'd like to change.

  • Acknowledging that you have the power to do it.

  • Acceptance that change is a process.

  • You have to take action. You have to do the work.

As my leading man Bill Belichick recently said in a press conference. "Work on it. It's not going to happen by itself." Statements like this are why we were named the powerhouse couple of 2022. (I love his brain, and his press conferences bring me the utmost joy!) #BelichickbookCreative4life

The power of possibility and choice is yours.

You already have the tools necessary to make or be the change that you want to see. However, to implement these tools, you may need support, encouragement, accountability, or an outside perspective on how your brain functions.

Understanding your brain will make it easier for you to be more productive.

While energy plays a part, cognitive work is equally as important. With step one being awareness, understanding how our brain functions is pivotal to life and business success.

Give your brain a roadmap.

One tool that I have re-framed for entrepreneurial women like you is MindSweep Mapping. This technique uses methods for how our brains naturally function and supports getting our genius ideas out. After all, you are all idea generators without a pause button. Here comes the action part.

Knowing what to do, isn't the same as knowing how to do it.

We create organization and action steps from your ideas to execute those goals. We are, again, customizing it to fit your brain.

It supports taking your thoughts into context, visualizing the steps along the way, and creating a literal roadmap to your destination with detours! (because they happen!) When you combine this made-for-your-brain exercise with my business experience and ability to strategize, you can take something from idea to done!

(This also brought about a lot of "ah-has!" "oh, shits!" and "wow, I had no idea!")

I've heard statements like, "Once you know better, you can do better," and it fits nicely with "Consciousness is a full-time job" (I think we need t-shirts. Or maybe at least some cool stickers!?) There are 100% truths in these statements.

Do you know what else is true? You don’t have to do any of this alone.

You belong here; I can help.

You can do it. Are you ready?

Oh, Hi! I’m Jamie Chapman

I’m a Small Business Consultant who recognizes you might do things a little bit differently, and I’m here for it. I help support small businesses in a wide variety of industries and have a special place in my heart for neurodiverse entrepreneurs and ADHD business owners.

If you find that you’re often dancing to the beat of a pen tapping against your desk instead of your own drum, I see you and get you. And I want you to keep on dancing.

I value getting to know the whole person as a business owner and taking a holistic, human view of their needs. I meet you where you’re at and support you in getting to where you want to go.

I love watching small business owners thrive and feel proud of what they’re building.

Founder and Owner of Chickbook Creative, I’ve gained years of career experience in systems, processes, accountability, leadership, and project management. I bring a multi-faceted approach to problem-solving and extensive knowledge of executive functioning, habit formation, and the neurodiverse and ADHD entrepreneur’s mind.

I see and understand the ADHD entrepreneur brain at work, and I'm passionate about supporting neurodivergent business owners in a way that lets them shine their light and bring their gifts to the world for all to see (and pay them for!).
