Now, let’s sweep the brain


Have you ever paused and considered all the choices you have? Take a moment to consider:

  • How beautiful choice can be

  • How powerful choice can be

  • How challenging choice can be

  • How overwhelming choice can be

Choice is something we have the gift of every minute, every hour, every day, every week, every month, and every year.

It can be challenging to choose how to:

  • Spend your time

  • Spend your money

  • Spend your attention

  • Spend your energy

Entrepreneurship offers many advantages over the traditional 9-5 or a corporate career, but with that can come challenges of expectations, misunderstandings, and blurred lines between work and life.

You chose this.

At its foundation, there is a drive to do something we are passionate about, a natural ability to do, or something we believe in, and we make this our daily life.

Remember, you chose this.

Your WHY. Yes, you chose that, too!

I chose entrepreneurship because I was tired of being overlooked. I have experience, knowledge, and the ability to grow businesses.

I was tired of not being heard.

I chose to support women in business because of my story, my lessons, and the knowledge I can bring to the table and sit beside you.

I'm learning to surrender and lean into my story, strengths, and gifts because it is the WHY behind Chickbook Creative.

I'm choosing to be ALL IN.

I want women like you running the world. I'm here to make it happen. But, for this kind of change, we must make powerful choices with our time, money, attention, and energy.

You may run your business alone, but you do not have to sit alone. If you are sitting alone, that is a choice you are making.

There have been millions of lessons in the tremendous amount of choices I've made to be where I stand today. Each day, I choose what I do with those lessons.

This month we are talking about choice, and thank you for choosing to spend time with me on this journey.

When my twin boys were diagnosed with ADHD in elementary school, I had to learn how to navigate a school system that wasn’t built for neurodiverse individuals. By helping my boys find ways to succeed in these spaces, I realized the importance of shining a light on the gifts we bring to the world.


In a society that tries to “fit a round peg into a square hole,” I am here to support entrepreneurs and small business owners who want to take a different path to success.


While supporting small businesses in various industries, I have a special place in my heart for neurodiverse entrepreneurs and ADHD business owners.
