Now, let’s sweep the brain


Challenging my perspective peaks my curiosity and sense of wonder. I value the willingness to dig deeper into a genuine, higher-level conversation around topics of perspective, choice, and confident humility. This is an opportunity to push my perspective up to, and sometimes over, the edge, and it is where I believe growth takes place, in life and business.

How would you grow if you only surrounded yourself with people who agreed with you?

In October 2020, eager to learn and take in all of the information I could, I talked to everyone, at any time, about anything they wanted to discuss.

There is so much value in doing this.

Learning what lights up my soul and drains my energy guided me to proceed in the right direction for me. Between these two things, there is SO MUCH to learn. It’s important to consider other perspectives when moving toward your destination. Even the energy vampire offers you opportunities and teaches you things.

You learn to discern.

Curated Conversations was designed to have these kinds of conversations. My mind begins to ponder something deeply, and I start by gathering as much information as possible. With each piece of information, I gradually discern what is meaningful to me and what isn't. As time passes, I form feelings and generate my ideas.

And then, I bring it to my community.

These conversations have empowered me, provoked my thinking, and inspired me to take action. The same is true for them. After spending time together, ripples begin. Our light shines brightly and changes the world one percent at a time. We’re in it for the long game. Together. In life and business.

You are stronger with support.

There is no shortage of information out there. There is a shortage of action. Surround yourself with better people
for you. Buckle up Monday mornings at 8 am. We’re building a community of like-hearted women in business.

When my twin boys were diagnosed with ADHD in elementary school, I had to learn how to navigate a school system that wasn’t built for neurodiverse individuals. By helping my boys find ways to succeed in these spaces, I realized the importance of shining a light on the gifts we bring to the world.


In a society that tries to “fit a round peg into a square hole,” I am here to support entrepreneurs and small business owners who want to take a different path to success.


While supporting small businesses in various industries, I have a special place in my heart for neurodiverse entrepreneurs and ADHD business owners.

With a multifaceted approach to problem-solving, and extensive knowledge of executive functioning, habit formation, and the neurodiverse and ADHD entrepreneur’s mind, I support small business owners to thrive and feel proud of what they’re building.


My background is in manufacturing and business operations. I use my decades of experience with developing systems and processes to make your business operations smoother and more efficient.
