  3. Conversation Consideration: The Law of Expectation. You can't trick it. It's tied to your belief system.

  4. Check Your Reality: (Ask yourself hard questions.) Do you have the courage to be disliked?

My first IN PERSON WORKSHOP is here. I am excited to collaborate with Lisa Campbell of Mindfulfilled Meditation and Pam Formosa of BrainFit Academy

Now, let’s sweep the brain…

Contemplation: Expectation - A strong belief that something will happen.

1. Contemplation: Expectation - A strong belief that something will happen.

The law of expectation states that "85% of what you expect to happen will". Dr. Erikson.

Are your thoughts positively or negatively flowing through you?

You can't trick it. It's tied to your belief system.

How to use this law?

First, stop expecting and start accepting.

2. Citation.

The media industry is constantly feeding us what we should look like, eat, and do.

We've all been there hoping that someone will return our kindness and generosity in the back of our minds. If we don't, it can cause tension.

Be careful of setting deal-breakers when rules are SO specific that we don't allow for mistakes. Mistakes can assist in the growth of relationships.

It's challenging to just be yourself. We all have something special to bring to the world.

Don't underestimate yourself.

You have a unique reason to be here.

3. Conversation Consideration: The law of expectation.

3. Conversation Consideration.

You can't trick it. It's tied to your belief system.

Obviously, you can't just say, "I will win the lottery today."

However, you can change your expectations; therefore, use their magnetic force to draw yourself to the desired outcome.

How to change expectation

  1. Change the perception of your reality. Our upbringing, genetics, and environmental factors, which run in our subconscious, influence the perception of our expectations.

  2. Write it down. Look at it. Keep it at the forefront of your conscious mind.

  3. Be aware of your emotions. The moment your subconscious mind accepts something as true, it changes your expectations.

  4. Doubt is the destroyer of dreams. Be careful what you are asking the universe for. It will render your request complete and valid.

  5. Be aware of enticing opportunities. Check them against your vision and determine if they align with your desires.

Be confident in achieving the goal, thus allowing the expectation. What you believe to be true, you expect.

Check Your Reality: (Ask yourself hard questions.) Do you have the courage to be disliked?

4. Check Your Reality: (Ask yourself hard questions.)

Do you have the courage to be disliked?

Are you defining yourself by the weight of external expectations?

Jamie Chapman

Oh, Hi! I’m Jamie Chapman

I’m a Small Business Consultant who recognizes you might do things a little bit differently, and I’m here for it. I help support small businesses in a wide variety of industries and have a special place in my heart for neurodiverse entrepreneurs and ADHD business owners.

If you find that you’re often dancing to the beat of a pen tapping against your desk instead of your own drum, I see you and get you. And I want you to keep on dancing.

I value getting to know the whole person as a business owner and taking a holistic, human view of their needs. I meet you where you’re at and support you in getting to where you want to go.

I love watching small business owners thrive and feel proud of what they’re building.

Founder and Owner of Chickbook Creative, I’ve gained years of career experience in systems, processes, accountability, leadership, and project management. I bring a multi-faceted approach to problem-solving and extensive knowledge of executive functioning, habit formation, and the neurodiverse and ADHD entrepreneur’s mind.

I see and understand the ADHD entrepreneur brain at work, and I'm passionate about supporting neurodivergent business owners in a way that lets them shine their light and bring their gifts to the world for all to see (and pay them for!).
